Diplomatic tension between Colombia and Guatemala

Colombia and Guatemala face diplomatic tension after the Attorney General's Office of the Central American country took legal action against the Colombian Minister of Defense, Iván Velásquez, for his performance as head of the International Commission Against Impunity.
