GTA drivers will want to wait one more day before filling the tank, if they can.
The average price at most GTA stations will fall five cents at midnight to 140.9 cents per liter, according to Roger McKnight, chief oil analyst at En-Pro International.
The anticipated drop follows a four-cent decline on Thursday. By the time drivers wake up Friday morning, prices in southern Ontario will have fallen nine cents in two days.
Gasoline prices peaked at $2,149/liter in June and hit an annual low on Dec. 10 when they fell to $1,339/liter.
